SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the continental United States. We ship all orders out on the next business day (excluding weekends/holidays). Orders arrive within 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number in your email upon item shipping.
PICKUP ORDERS
Live locally? Choose our “Pickup” option to pick up your order in-store in Huntingdon, PA! Most items are available in-store and indicated as available for shipping or in-store pickup. Orders for pick up are typically fulfilled during regular business hours within an hour of placing your order. If an order is placed during non-business hours, it'll be fulfilled the next day. Once you receive an email that your order is ready to be picked up, you will have approximately 5 days to pick it up. Orders can be picked up Wednesday – Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-5 (business hours).
RETURN POLICY
We will only accept returns of unworn merchandise, with tags and receipt, within 21 days of the date of purchase. After that, you may receive store credit. Any damaged, defective or worn items will not be accepted. ALL MARKDOWNS & JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
RETURN PROCESS
Please notify us at shopkikisboutique@gmail.com of returns prior to sending them to us. If you received free shipping, you will be responsible for mailing the return back. Returns must be received in their original condition with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unscented and include a copy of the invoice. *If you cannot provide the invoice, please include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without documentation will be delayed in receiving refund. If a returned item is not received in its original condition/appears to be worn, etc., a refund will not be applied. The refund is issued on the date we receive your returned item(s) and you are notified via email that the refund has been issued.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please make sure you review your order as soon as you receive it. If you have received incorrect or damaged items, you MUST contact us within 3 days and we will resolve the issue right away. Email shopkikisboutique@gmail.com and Indicate "Damaged Item" in the subject line. Include the full name on the account/order, Invoice #, and item description. Please include pictures of the damaged or defective area, including the tag in the image to show it is still attached.
